Who this app is for

This is a private, single-account tool built by the owner of the Etsy shop Gathero to publish that shop's own product images to that same owner's Pinterest account. It is not offered to, installed by, or usable by any other person. There are no third-party users.

What data the app accesses

• Pinterest account name and board list — read via the API so the app can place each Pin on the correct board.
• Pins the app itself creates — the returned Pin ID is stored so the same product is never pinned twice.
• Product images and descriptions owned by the shop, uploaded as Pin content.

The app does not access, collect, or store personal data about any Pinterest user, follower, or visitor. It does not read other people's boards, Pins, messages, or profiles.

Where data is stored

Access tokens are stored in a file readable only by the operating-system account that runs the app, on a single private server controlled by the shop owner. Pin records are kept in a local database on that same server. Nothing is stored on third-party services and nothing is shared with anyone.

Data sharing and selling

No data obtained through the Pinterest API is sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party, for any purpose.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are deleted when the shop owner disconnects the app. Pin records are kept only to avoid duplicate posting and can be deleted at any time by the shop owner. Revoking the app's access in Pinterest settings immediately ends all access.
